When my mother-in-law was dying, we would talk every day. Once, she said, "You wear black all the time. You should try yellow.I think yellow is your color." After she died, I found a dress hanging in her closet, still in its mail-order bag. It was a yellow chemise. In my size.
She was right.

Wow, what a lovely story about how you found your color! My closet runs to black and blue, with a few browns and burgundies. I decided to wear the pink nails for a week and what do you know? It turns out I actually really like bright pink.
